Heart-to-heart hug
📝 Description
A deeply nourishing and connecting hug.
What do you do when you see a dear friend of yours who is hurt and is suffering? Most likely, you will give them a hug. There is nothing quite as warming and calming as receiving a hug. Science has revealed there are multiple benefits behind hugging each other, including lower blood pressure, anxiety relief, lower stress levels, and a general sense of feeling cared for.
A heart-to-heart hug is an intentional type of hug that is positively energising because it helps you align your heart to the heart of your hugging partner. When you embrace your hugging partner with care and gentleness, your energy levels rise, making you both happier and calmer.
