Our online wholebeing library offers a freely accessible resource kit to accompany you and your team in your wholebeing journey. It is rooted in our Wholebeing Framework, consisting of 150+ Wholebeing Skills mapped across 12 Wholebeing Domains to learn to thrive together. A Wholebeing Domain is a core area of focus encompassing related skills essential for wholebeing and changemaking. A Wholebeing Skill is a learnable capability that empowers individuals and communities to thrive while creative positive change. We invite you to explore our wholebeing recipes using the dedicated search and filtering boxes, which allow you to find recipes around a specific domain, skill, group size, duration, and/or level of difficulty.
